母親節,緊要為媽咪炮製一個飯後甜品啦!想簡簡單單,快速做到一個幾好味又簡單嘅甜品,做班戟就冇錯啦。今次我就為媽咪炮製一個愛心草莓楓糖班戟,媽咪食過都話好味呀!
1.先將蛋黃和蛋白分開
2.蛋白放入急凍雪藏10分鐘
3.同時間將蛋黃、鬆餅粉、鮮奶攪勻至企身
4.將雪凍的蛋白逐少加入砂糖、檸檬汁,打至企身
5.將蛋漿和蛋白漿攪勻
6.預熱平底鑊,抹上一層薄油
7.放入模具,倒入蛋漿
8.蓋上鍋蓋,待10分鐘完成
有個小貼士俾大家,熄火後,靜待1-2分鐘會較容易起模㗎。
上碟後就可以加入楓糖、士多啤梨,或者加些裝飾,一個既好味又簡單易做的「愛心草莓楓糖班戟」就完成啦!口感好鬆軟啊!母親節,就為媽咪準備呢個愛心甜品啦!
